Coming Home - Coming Out
Empowerment Through Expression. Coming Home - Coming Out was a four-day self-discovery workshop geared towards at-risk 2SLGBTQIA++ youth. The project combined elements of psychology and theatre to facilitate a journey of personal discovery and empowerment. As the lead designer and art director, my role was to conceptualize and create a visual identity that would resonate with the young participants and reflect the transformative nature of the workshop.

Art Direction
The art direction for this workshop was a spotlight-driven spectacle, designed to symbolize metamorphosis and the journey towards self-pride. Starting in an enigmatic darkness, it gradually transformed into a whimsical and brightly illuminated experience. Like a theatrical performance, attendees were the stars of their transformations, guided from introspection to self-discovery in a visually captivating and imaginative setting.
